I chose this profession because fitness is a great passion and I enjoy going to work with my clients. My goal is to be successful in helping as many people as possible to reach their goals to be fit for life, through exercising and eating healthier.

 


I’ve been a certified personal trainer for 15 years and certified for group exercise by Cooper Institute of Aerobic research for over 15 years.  I have taught group exercise for the U.S. Army (Boot camp style) and muscle conditioning classes while living in Europe.

I also just received my certification for personal training, group exercise, spinning,TRX, and pilates from Madd Dog Athletics.  I will continue to educate myself to maintain my expertise.  I’m here for you.  Just remember fitness is a lifetime and mindset commitment.
