Q: What ages do you train?
A: All ages. Every client is unique in their level of fitness, knowledge, goals, etc., and we individualize each client's goals and their needs.

Q: What are the benefits of exercising?
A: The benefits are many, however our clients most often comment on their improved energy level, increased strength, enhanced sense of balance, how good they feel, and just being able to perform everyday chores much easier. Exercise helps reverse, effects of aging by increasing the muscular strength, which help prevent osteoporosis, injuries from falls, and helps with arthritic joints for older adults.

Q: How often do I need to workout with BodyLicious Fitness to achieve results?
A: Because all of our clients have different body types, different fitness goals and different schedules, the perfect workout schedule for you must be determined by you and your trainer. We suggest new client's train 2, or 3 days weekly.

Q: I am a women and I want to firm and tone, but I am afraid that weight training will make me big and bulky. What should I do?
A: The percentage of women to be big and bulky is slim to none. If you want, nice abs to become firmer, more "toned", you must eliminate excess bodyfat or add muscle, emphasizes diet and strength training to not only add shapely muscle, but to also increase your metabolism.


Q: Does BodyLicious Fitness have Long-Term Contracts?
A: In order for you to get the results that you want, it is a timely process. We all wish it could happen overnight. We offer 36, 48 or more session contract.

Q: How long will a personal training session with BodyLicious Fitness last?
A: There are many factors to consider. (1) Your fitness level (beginner to advanced). (2) Personal goals - you will be getting cardiovascular and strength training at the same time. (3) Usually, clients should expect a workout to last for 1 hour.

Q: When is BodyLicious Fitness available to come to my house or business site?
A: Timeslots are available on a "first come first serve" basis: mornings, afternoons and evenings. Once you have reserved your timeslot, it is yours for however long you continue your relationship with BodyLicious Fitness.

Q: I own my own equipment at my house. Does BodyLicious Fitness offer any programs that can help me accomplish my fitness goals using my own equipment?
A: A BodyLicious Fitness Certified Personal Trainer could come to your home and instruct you how to use your equipment and design an exercise routine that will help accomplish your fitness goals.
